Develop a habit of drinking a lot of water regularly even when not exercising more especially first thing in the morning.
Dont forget to drink water after jogging dear to lower your blood pressure dat courses headache
that’s normal especially for someone who doesn’t exercise regularly, as time goes u will get used to, just dnt give up!!!!! as they No pain… No….
Yeah, its normal all those happenings will go soon, the body is just adjusting itself dear. Sometimes even some muscles pain and it feels like, let me just quit, don’t give up
