Just finished week 1 of Alpha. Today is my “rest” day but I feel like I could workout. Is it better to rest your muscles or go ahead and workout?
If you’re going to work out, do a stretch or something. Rest is important to give your body and muscles a chance to recover.
It’s placed on the schedule for a reason. It is just as important to your results as your most intense workout. If you feel you need to do something go for brisk walk or stretch.
Rest! But active rest is ok…stretching, walking, etc.
Whenever I feel it, I do it!!
