The ones I have seen have way too many carbs for me. I have severe hypoglycemia since RNY & dr advices extremely low carb, I cannot eat fruits except for occasional berry. I make noodles out of zucchini which are really great!

I have used Frozen one made out of zucchini

I have. They have a different consistency than regular pasta. But they are ok with some sauce. I use protein noodles instead.

I like them. My sauce rocks so it blends well. Good way to get some fiber in
