Herbs and spices will be your friend here! I have parsley and black pepper in my omelette, I chop leek and shallot up and lightly sauté in my non stick pan then do them with my scrambled eggs etc etc! I also put chilli on my salmon before I steam it to give it some oomph, you can get chicken seasoning aswell which helps with razzing it up a little too!

I put my chicken in parchment paper with a little lemon pepper. Seal it up and bake. It is very moist. I do the same with salmon out slices of fresh lemon and capers on each piece then seal in paper and bake. It is wonderful. Not pretty but very good

I stovetop grill everything but I change up the herbs and spices. I’m also a recipe freak. Love looking at new recipes on the internet especially clean Mediterranean. You can google and Pinterest anything.

haven’t looked at the “acceptable” foods, but if you still grill/bake chicken, try rubbing a teaspoon of sesame oil. It has fantastic flavor.

Also, a friend of mine is in Ecuador, she’s into all natural everything, and she mentioned this works fantastic for mosquitoes. I put it in a spray bottle and lightly mist my arms.
