Well rounded health program which teaches you everything you need to know- doesn’t just cut out carbs etc
Veg, high protein, low carb and exercise
Cardio/workout on empty stomach, 1 gallon water per day, high protein(chicken, fish, protein shakes) and low carbs
Low carbs…thinking of ways to be successful instead of ways to cheat
