I think that’s a metaphor, and yes. I feel gross eating fatty foods. I tried and couldn’t take it. I am practically vegetarian, so meat is a no. But you can to vegetarian and vegan keto, I just can’t. Low carb high fat with little to no meat is too strict for me rn

I don’t think there is anything healthy about eating bacon all day. Eating whole healthy foods and lean protien will certainly help you. I use natural supplements alongside my foods as well.. I have lost 40 pounds so far

I’m doing keto and rarely eat either of those things. Only time I eat bacon is when I make jalapeno poppers.

Actually went and saw a dietician today and asked about it as there is so much hype about it atm and she blatantly said Do Not Do It. Cholesterol was the main thing she spoke about saying the the clients she had come to her that were doing keto all had elevated cholesterol levels…. I personally won’t do it but if it works for someone else and they are comfortable with it all power to them .Im more a everything in moderation kinda gal and its working so far.
