IMO Keto, a low carb diet. It’s challenging plus I fast for 12 hours also. I don’t eat before 10am and not after 9pm. But every 3rd day I fast for 12-14hrs

I don’t eat seafood and Paleo eats a lot of seafood. Keto’s menus are easy and good, I also eat a lil dairy every now and then.
