I also ate a piece of cake and brown rice with beef i fell off track last night i hope it doesn’t impact me on the long run i have already lost 17 pounds and i want to keep going

Weightloss and maintenance is about long-term lifestyle changes. Obviously nobody is at their best every day. One day is nothing compared to forever. The important thing is to continue doing better tomorrow.. persistence is key.

I fell off today, I made chicken enchiladas at work and couldn’t help myself. We all fall but it’s how quick we get up that counts!

Don’t feel bad. Hell, it’s not worse than what I did today. Been eating the candy that my kids brought home today with them and ate a bag of lays potato chips. Just get back focused tomorrow and if you slip up again keep going. I honestly don’t even feel guilty because I’ve been doing good for a while.
