Last night i went to my girlfriend’s brother’s birthday and i drank a beer and a cup of Buchanan with pepsi; i feel so bad i even picked up that beer. I also ate a piece of cake and brown rice with beef i fell off track last night i hope it doesn’t impact me on the long run i have already lost 17 pounds and i want to keep going
Don’t feel bad. Hell, it’s not worse than what I did today. Been eating the candy that my kids brought home today with them and ate a bag of lays potato chips. Just get back focused tomorrow and if you slip up again keep going. I honestly don’t even feel guilty because I’ve been doing good for a while.
