I am lazy about gym,plz advise
U don’t like the way u look then u gotta do something coz we all know laziness won’t give u what u want..u got to start something..either u change way u eat or start jogging but I gotta start
The first problem is that u have accepted that u are lazy. U need to change ur mindset before starting this journey.
Also keep a to do list on ur phone, write i will walk for 4km today and actually walk. Start small and progress, do the same with ur eating and water.

Lazyness and excuses will never ever be ur portion if u really really want to lose..
