looking for a good multi vitamin to combo

I’m new to keto and working out in general. My goal here is to lost fat and build muscle using keto and supplementing. Currently I weigh 229 and am 5 foot 5. I’m also looking for a good multi vitamin to combo into my days. Any recommendations would be appreciated!

For building muscle magnesium is key!!!!

You don’t need a ton of protein. .6-.8 per lean body weight. I do try to get a serving in post workout.

Get a whole food multivitamin if you can afford it. I only take one every two days.

To me, it’s a long journey. I’d focus on getting the weight off and improving body composition. When you’re near your goal weight then start changing up your eating habits to promote growth.

All I know is your standard potassium, magnesium, and sodium to help with loss of electrolytes. I just started keto this year too. I’m down 20lbs! Do you think cardio is okay since it burns carbs and we aren’t consuming many?
