Looking for information on meal timing/frequency. I’m stopping keto and soon I’ll be stopping intermittent fasting too. I’m looking to regulate blood sugar and maximize muscle protein synthesis. So I’ll be eating every few hours.
Sources online are all over the place and they tend to modify their advice to sell their own products.
How do you divide up your macros throughout the day? For example, fast digesting protein and complex carbs for breakfast seems fairly consistent across sources. What about the rest of the day including pre/post workout?
