Looking for some insight.. Second week in I’ve lost 10lbs so I am feeling good about that. My work outs have me concerned though. I doubt that I am getting 10grams of carbs per day. I am doing weight training and my muscles get fatigued so quickly. My trainer insists that I need carbs but I am trying to hold out until I am fully fat adapted and my body begins to burn fat for fuel. Looking for suggestions to help me get that energy to push more weight and get the reps in.
