say mixture of both w a sound nutrition plan and cardio 2-3 times a week.

You can do both. Lifting light and more reps is pretty much the same as lifting heavy with less reps. And defiantly add cardio, minimum 20 mins, working the bigger muscles twice a week is good to help burn fat as well like the legs and back, and extremely important, diet diet diet.

Lift heavy high reps… workout your biggest muscles most often to burn fat big biceps don’t burn fat quite like big glutes..

cardio is time consuming and makes me hungry lol the lowest body fat I ever had I was lifting so much so heavy that cardio was a joke to me I got really tiny but like massively immovable lol people kept saying I looked 100 it was 150 in a size extra extra small
