It’s been over a year since I’ve worked out. Looking to get back into it, however I can’t find the motivation. Any tips?
Find a reason to work out make that your why… My reason is my daughter I want to be around for her.
Just go. Tell yourself 2 weeks. Set a time that you can do everyday. Then it becomes habit. It’s more discipline than motivation. You got this!!
Motivate yourself to be healthy and not have a massive heart attack at age 48 like me!! Start now before its to late…i got lucky!!!
