I believe if you adjust your fat amount during the time you eat that will help you to suppress your hunger until you eat the next time. I fast in the mornings, during my work shift. Sometimes I only eat dinner in the evening. During that period of time I may have a cup of coffee because it’s cold in the morning. But if you don’t like coffee you just need to find something to drink instead, that won’t be above 50 calories and kick you out of a fasting state. Feel free to experiment and see what works for you.
I do bullet proof coffee, it has fat in it (butter and coconut out or MCT oil) blended. You can add a sweetener but I don’t. Also, try water with the lemon juice of one lemon and a hefty pinch of salt. I love that drink. All those diet drinks have chemicals so I personally try to stay away. Don’t make your body fast against its will. Your own body will tell you not to eat when you are eating enough fats to make you not hungry. Also, if you haven’t been on Keto too long you might go through Keto flu. So I would just listen to your hunger, eat if you are hungry (food approved) and all this will happen for you naturally.
