You should focus on lunges and squats, but those will only build muscle. No exercise “burns fat” that comes from your diet and being in a caloric deficit.
Squats and lot of squats!!!
weight liftin makes me lose weight yaz. cs I wont lie sometimes I have small portions of food so mayb thats why.
