Loose weight without going to gym

Hello everyone…i have a chubby tummy and I do not like it. I do not want to loose weight, i want to get rid of my big tummy and have a flat tummy if possible. I hate exercising…help please with anything else.

mix ginger powdered with ur body lotion and apply it on ur tummy everynite wrap with a plastic wrap everynite wen u go to bed stop eating ur supper afta 6pm eat it before it will help u it did help me no exercise

I would ask you what your daily intake looks like and how much water you drink. If you
Drink soda or eat simple carbs like bread and pasta that will cause you to hold onto fat. Lean protein- chicken , nuts, avocado , soy . Lots of vegetables and some fruit. Moderate exercise daily

No more rice, pap, pasta, potatoes, bread, sugar. Cut them out, completely! You’ll thank me later. Exercise won’t do you any good, if you keep indulging in carbs!

You say you hate exercising right. Easiest solution to your problem is to take a bread knife & cut off your belly
