That sounds like healthy weight loss. Just keep going at the same pace. I would instead focus on how to maintain the weight loss versus speeding up the process.

“Slow and steady wins the race” – this is true even for weight loss. You are more likely to keep it off when going slower and developing lifestyle changes than if you were to drop weight very quickly. 15# in 1 month is amazing! I wouldn’t go faster than that honestly. Keep up the great work

take it slow, it allows the skin the shrink, if you loose it too fast, you will get flappy skin, you might still get flappy skin if it has been over stretched, not sure about the rebound bit, but some say if you loose it too quick, you will just end up getting it all back because your body/mind has not full adjusted
