M really sad and feel like crying.. i am not able to lose my weight please help me out. It bothers me alot... i do exercise in gym but i think the cardio especially treadmill hardly works for me... my weight has become constant i really wanna lose

You didn’t mention anything about food which is the key factor. Counting calories is a good start if you’re not already. Also, weight isn’t the only indicator, so you can use photos and measurements also.

You may not be loosing weight but you may be gaining muscle if you’re doing more cardio. And measure yourself aswell as weighing yourself as you could you be loosing inches x

Your diet is the most imporant part of weight loss. Excercise is good for being physically fit but you can not burn enough calories working out to create a deficit if you are eating too much. You can quickly eat a couple thousand extra calories if you arent careful but it would take hours of harx excercise to burn that much. You cant excercise faster than your fork.
