M really sad and feel like crying.. i am not able to lose my weight please help me out. It bothers me alot… i do exercise in gym but i think the cardio especially treadmill hardly works for me… my weight has become constant i really wanna lose
Your diet is the most imporant part of weight loss. Excercise is good for being physically fit but you can not burn enough calories working out to create a deficit if you are eating too much. You can quickly eat a couple thousand extra calories if you arent careful but it would take hours of harx excercise to burn that much. You cant excercise faster than your fork.
