Cheat meals are just fine! (Provided they’re not insane like a whole cake or a 5000 calorie bowl of pasta!)

If you’re putting in real, genuine work at the gym and with your nutrition, it’s completely fine to have a cheat meal! I try to save them for once every 2 weeks myself

I don’t label it a cheat. Somehow that sets my brain up for disappointment. Always enjoy the food(s) you love – just eat a HUGE amount of veggies first. They will fill you up so you eat less of your favs.
