I’m sure there are better suggestions than mine but try to get outside and walk if you can every day. It’s a way to get in touch with something inside yourself, a deeper emotional part of you. Get rid of the TV. Listen to music. Get rid of clutter. And give of your time to something worthwhile. And on a more humorous note, always show up with cookies. Everyone loves cookies. I havent had friends to actually touch and hug in around four years, give or take spurradic instances that lasted a few weeks. I deal with it by joining online communities. Ive had the same three friends for three years and theyve been more help than actual family. Try joining websites/groups/games youre interested in and connect with like minded people.
