I was EXACTLY the same until I found a sport/training that I really LOVE and feel expremely passionate about

almost 6 years ago, a friend and I bought 20 pole dance classes via a Groupon special – I enjoyed the classes so much I continued long after my 20 classes were up and I now am a Pole Fitness Studio owner and head instructor

Visualise how u want to look like. Make a visionboard in ur bedroom with pics and goals. Keep hot looking pics on ur phone as well. Look at them daily. Read abt nutrition and fitness daily. Start with exercises u love and do them consistently.
