Don’t give up gal. Training is a lifestyle. I’m 58 and train six days a week.
Quiters never win and winners never quit. Before you quit this time remember this. You can do it and you will if you are aware that each kilo you drop will add a year to your life because that weight is a fertile ground for a lot of diseases.
Don’t expect quick results coz u will give up again… just be patient u will achieve ur goal
Dont look at seeing results so fast , make exercise a habit then results will revel it’s self
