Guys guide me to have some motivation for gym
I want to be able to continue to do things like I did in my 50s. I do not want health issues to get in the way.
I want to spend money on fun things not medical costs. I want to keep active because of memory issues heart disease and diabetes due to genetics and aging.
Life is just beginning. To have fun with grand children and not let health get in the way. Oh and Im vain. I want to look good.
