You really heating my hunger of knowledge because i want to stop eating meat as i saw mushroom packed in the shop and i wants tasted it long long back African type of mushroom before cooked its vegetables after cooked it tastes like meat now I can’t group it. Thank you so much i learned a lot Thank you.

What you can try, onions peppers chopped raw, and pile it on top of the mushroom raw and just pop it in an oven for 5.
