My back is quite sore from the workouts…is that normal or am I doing something wrong??
sore muscles yes, it depends what muscles haven’t been used for a while.
They say to make sure your holding in the abs /tummy (feels like when you cough is what they told me) this protects the back , and you know your doing it right
Go back to the one on one make sure you have the technique right
I have sciatic nerve problem and I find that my back, hips and legs really hurt after exercise but really good stretching afterwards helps so much then a nice hot bath. It helps me
