My DH is out of shape and does not like T25. He said he is going straight for the throat (IM30). I am concerned because he got to the first week of T25 and quit (I think because it was too hard) and now I am truly afraid he is going to hurt himself. He is prone to hurting his back quite a bit but I cannot make him understand without hurting his feelings or being controlling. He is not overweight either just out of shape completely. Any advice?
Max 30 is amazing but it is very intense. There are videos of Shaun T doing Max 30 in real time and he was genuinely struggling. I’d recommend shift shop and then when you’re feeling stronger try max 30. There are loads of great B.B. workouts so don’t feel you need to do max 30.
