My fit fam- the struggle has been real! I have not found a balance in months now. Just when I get some momentum I miss a day, which turns into months. The New Year was supposed to bring a workout a day! So question- when do y’all work out? What schedule works best? I always have time at night but it will keeps me up (I wake up at 6 am) and with 3 kids, I’m trying to squeeze it all in. I need a time I can stick to daily.

I try to get it out of the way first thing in the day because I know if I leave it to the end of the day I will never do them.

I was doing first thing in the morning but can’t anymore…now I’m trying to either squeeze it in mid morning while the kids are occupied with playdoh or a tv show, or right before making supper. It’s getting harder and harder.

No fixed time. I am too busy to fix the same time each day, but if I am due to exercise on a day then I will get it done.

When I’m working I try for around 6.30pm (I get up at 6 anyway and refuse to get up any earlier, is be asleep by midday!). I don’t find it keeps me awake though, if anything it guarantees a good night’s sleep for me.

I work nights and have a very busy schedule so I fit it in whenever I can. You just do what works best.
