My fit fam- the struggle has been real! I have not found a balance in months now. Just when I get some momentum I miss a day, which turns into months. The New Year was supposed to bring a workout a day! So question- when do y’all work out? What schedule works best? I always have time at night but it will keeps me up (I wake up at 6 am) and with 3 kids, I’m trying to squeeze it all in. I need a time I can stick to daily.
