If you are experienced, even a little, go small. Med will be too big. However, if it is your first time, the larger size might be easier for you.

Shorter ropes force you to use the best form. You keep your hands low, near the body and use your wrists to turn the ropes. I know everyone already recommended small, I just thought I would help explain why.

Personally I’d go with the small as I found that the recommended size for me, large, is in reality a little long.
