My main struggle is snacking and craving rubbish food! I can eat healthy all day long but I can also eat the unhealthy stuff just as much! Any advice or tips to swerve cravings
Drink plenty of water • Keep yourself busy • Eat lots of fibre • Brush your teeth • Swap for “healthier” snacks • Persevere and build your self-discipline muscles.
Perform exercise regularly automatically you mind set change unhealthy diet to healthy diet
Don’t have it in the House helps a lot for me. If you have to order whatever you want that’s bad it’s a drag and you are less likely to do it
