• Keep yourself busy
• Eat lots of fibre
• Brush your teeth
• Swap for “healthier” snacks
• Persevere and build your self-discipline muscles.

Don’t have it in the House helps a lot for me. If you have to order whatever you want that’s bad it’s a drag and you are less likely to do it
