I am a body builder, got 6weeks in training. Problem: my muscle shakes when I lift the weight. Question: can I carry on with it or must I stop and take a certain supplement?

It depends on the sizes of the weights that you took. Secondly it’s normal that after an intensive training your muscles/body will shake for few minutes. It is important to stretch after every workout.

Make sure you eat foods with enough potassium and sodium.

I also have the same problem but I was told that is normal then I kept push now am fine just don’t put 2 much weight that u cant control and drink water.
