My problem is trying to eat healthy on a strict grocery budget. I’m trying to drop 80 pounds, My goal is 50 by end of August and another 30 by end of the year. I don’t just want to cut calories I want eat healthier. My problem is I’m feeding myself and 3 kids on about 300/400 tops a month. Any ideas of healthy budget friendly options

Costco has $5 giant bag of fresh spinach lettuce. Aldi has great produce, cheeses, and yogurts cheap. Usually you can find good quality meats at farmers market cheap

Rotisserie chicken is great because you can turn it into so much. Tuna is also cheap. Best thing to really stretch your dollar is home made soup. You can serve it with bread or dumplings for the family and just remove those for yourself.
