I’m new on this keto journey… 6 days in. I am 5’ and weight 160. I eat between my BMR and TDEE and I stay in my 20 g of carbs and I try to consume 1/2 the protein to fats. My question is regarding my workouts. What should I concentrate on at the gym?

Weights. Lifting heavy things is almost always the answer. Plus if you find yourself still hungry you can go 3-4x fat to protein. You don’t want low calorie.

It all depends on your body and what you consider your most needed areas. Some will say cardio will help slim you down, but weights will help you tone up.
