I have a problem. My smallest female keeps getting chased by the others. One of my females is a true b*tch, so I put her in quarantine to cool off, but then the others take over the job. My small female was added last, but she has had horizontal bars from the second she was in the tank. What can I do??

Take them all out, rearrange the tank, float them in cups for awhile, try again. If one is a lot smaller, she may continue to be picked on, might want to consider getting her own tank.

Those are stress stripes and it best to remove her. Sororities are so difficult

Yes. That would be fine! Sometimes they do better by themselves!

Okay I put her in the biorb with all the other merry fish still stressed though, hopefully it’s just from adjusting to the new tank
