My body weight is 110kg and with a big tummy, my waist I put size 44.I try hard to reduce my body I am eating only twice a day and not a full meal, morning 2slice Brown bread cup of black tea and supper only veg a little bit, I am a hard woŕking I don’t like to sleep but the main fact is that my stomach is getting big every day, please can u give me a tip off how could I reduce my tummy cos I don’t like the way I am.
You should probably consider eating 5 or 6 small healthy meals to keep your metabolism running, when you eat so little your metabolism slows down. Sometimes eating so little can cause your body to go into starvation mode nd in turn preserves fat.
Stay FAR away from processed carbs like never eat bread, pap, pasta etc. Follow a propper diet. Follow some of the awesome banging Facebook pages and you will loose weight. Bread is a definite no no. It will only make you fatter. What is eat is 80% of loosing weight so get on the correct program and that will help.
