All the movements will help not just doing one!! There is a reason for the movements…..the stomach area is always the problem area. Last to come off!! Don’t know about everyone else but my boobs were the first!!
Every single one of them. I redo the moves class for correction (starting to do it every month…for correction). That class corrects and helps a lot because you see how you truly are on an abs treadmill, as Jaana describes
