My thighs have come a long way! This isn’t me at my heaviest, I started at 290, got down to 210 and now I’m 220. I wanna be 200. I love the journey and learning my body and what works for me.

your doing great. My thighs are my problem area too. My highest was 307 I’m 204lbs now. Have you tried GSC? I’m trying to get out the 200s
