 I agree not a waist of time, but I have been told and starting to agree that I could use a little more weights, especially with me being a cna, I move 5lbs easily a day.

ok i can understand im a Nurse and we do so much heavy lifting on a daily basis. you are stronger then you think so i would up the weight but i would also think about getting aome resistance bands that could take you to the next level.

Resistance bands will help tone like nobody’s business. But you gotta do High reps so 15+ reps for each exercise.
