What would cause a sudden aversion and extreme nausea to pork?

I can still eat other meats, but crave fatty fish like trout and salmon lately.

You can carry something that can make you avert allergic to meat. Is it an allergy or just an aversion.

I would guess so, although I don’t have obvious other symptoms. And can still eat bacon and cured ham no problem.

I’ve read a sudden aversion to meat (but in general) can be caused by B12 deficiency.

I thought right away of pancreatitis, because I remember when my Dad developed symptoms of it he suddenly couldn’t eat pork anymore. But I don’t have any pains.

Pork bothers me like that at random times. It really could be what’s in it.
Hormones, antibiotics, ractopomine?
It is usually not the cleanest source of meat.

Fresh pork is all kinds of inflammatory. If you rub it with ACV 24 hours before you cook it, that fixes the problem.
