Fat free plain Greek yogurt- has sooooo many uses and is chock full of protien! I seriously use it about every day! you can use it to make dips, dressing, sauces. I often mix it with cauliflower rice and chicken for like a chicken & rice casserole or as the sour cream in my burrito bowl
