|Nervous to post but, I’d so appreciate help to build muscle and tighten my middle section.
Any suggestions on what foods to cut out and what exercises to focus on ?
I have lost 6kg of muscle in the last 3 years and I cannot seem to regain my strength.
My last birth was very complicated—my organs were stuck together & I had placenta previa stage 4 so I bled out, organs were handled, half bladder cut away, urethra reattached to kidney, full hysterectomy and a few more issues. (Too long to explain)
In total I’ve had 2 natural births followed by 4 c-sections, plus 3 operations in last 3 years to correct organ damage from the birth.
My middle section is weak & thickening progressively. Is that hormonal or can it be corrected?
Vegetarian since birth. Vegan for 7 months only.
(I’m doing weights 6 x a week. Cardio 3 x a week)
