I’m new to hog hunting, I just moved down from Colorado and want to hunt as soon as possible. How have yall had success, walk and stalk ? Tree stands ? Ground blinds ? I’ll be hunting with my hoyt nitrum and I’m a pretty big guy. Also I plan on hunting the WMA I’m in ft. Lauderdale and plan on driving up near Okeechobee. Any help or tips on how and where and what time to hunt would be greatly appreciated.

Scouting is the best way to find them as they move often. no problem for them to move 25 miles away.

You can hunt Big Cypress and Corbett. Scout, find hog food, ya find the hogs. As you will discover, your ability to hunt differs on how much water is on the ground, this aint Colorado, hope ya like skeeters.
