I have completely stop taking milk for a year now. I happen to stumble on non- dairy milk yesterday. I want to know,it that healthy and vegan?
I some times make my own almond milk, but not often due to fat content, and that is mostly when I want to bake something.
plant milks are for splashing on cereal or used in cooking, but not drinking by the glassful.
