We all start out the same !! A good laugh at ourselves! Hang in it gets easier ? Many times at the beginning I was ready to throw in the towel, I was so frustrated , I had to slow down and concentrate on getting one move at a time , let the girls go ahead eventually we do get better .

I’m 6 weeks in and videoed my workout this morning – I howled with laughter at myself. I’m soooo stiff, uncoordinated and as far removed from how Janna and the girls look as you can possibly be BUT it’s working. I’m dropping weight and toning up. DONT give up. You don’t have to do it perfectly – just do it. It’s not a competition, no one is watching you and as long as you stick at it you will gradually get better. Just have fun

today was my first day. I started with the one on one. Think I am going to stick with that one until I can get throughit doing all of it. Thank goodness I was a dancer in my early years so I can follow but hip replacement and 2 cranky knees later…alittle difficult. Oh..did I mention I turn 70 this year? Will not let it defeat me…here’s to dancing!!
