Now having done keto for over a year using macros I knew exactly how much I was supposed to eat. So the protein and vegetables here are actually the same so no changes there. My question concerns fat. Is there a quantity we should aim for or just use good quality fats to cook with? Today I had cauliflower puree with butter added. Is that ok? My concern was always that my fats were too high. Should we just eat fat to ward off hunger?
