Now having done keto for over a year using macros I knew exactly how much I was supposed to eat. So the protein and vegetables here are actually the same so no changes there. My question concerns fat. Is there a quantity we should aim for or just use good quality fats to cook with? Today I had cauliflower puree with butter added. Is that ok? My concern was always that my fats were too high. Should we just eat fat to ward off hunger?

Good fats, avocado,grass fed butter, macadamia or Pecan nuts. Only enough fats to keep you sated. If weight loss is your goal, you want your body to burn your fat stores. Carbs are a limit, protein a goal, and fat a lever.

2tsp is a lot of sodium, and likely more than you need. Everyone is different in this regard; you have to find what works for you. It may be you need more potassium and then you wouldn’t need so much sodium.
