Have any of you heard of SP2? It’s a tasteless freeze tied spirulina cubes. Are there any issues with taking too much spirulina?

Hi, I guess being a practitioner I just took for granted being able to buy the top shelf spirulina from the wholesalers but I do see your point with regards to supermarket spirulina. I haven’t seen it contraindicated for Hashimoto’s thyroiditis do you have any links that you could refer me to please?

3 grams a day is the upper limit. I even took it through two pregnancies.

Make sure your source has been extensively heavy metal tested! It adsorbs heavy metals, and it is typically grown in huge vats in the ground, so it can adsorb the heavy metals from the ground. Some areas have a higher content of heavy ground metals than others.
