I’m 28 yr old, sedentary lifestyle, besides chasing a 1 yr old. I weigh 225lbs. I’m looking for a good cardio workout that would be doable for me. I did 15 sit ups today, and I was like WTH, I used to could do 60 in a minute. Now I was like… any women that sound like me had particular success at a certain workout? Zumba maybe? I love to dance.

I think with the unpredictability of life with a 1-year old you have a better chance maintaining multiple 10-minute exercise sessions throughout the day

I have 3 children.. under age 5..so I’m home with them all day lol… I can’t really do much either.. I’ve always done squats and situps which are horrible when u first start doing them and u gradually build up how many u r doing.. I can stop doing them for 2 weeks and it’s like starting all over again.. I just got a jump rope to do cardio with in my living room.. first day was yesterday and I jumped for like 10 minutes, also I like vogorisouly ran in place with high knees for a solid 90 seconds like 2 separate times.. I’m definitely feeling it today.. I love the soreness cause I know it’s working! Try a jump rope! They r under $3 in any walmart I’m the fitness/weight section

Theres a ton of good cardio videos on YouTube. I love the kickboxing ones and dance fitness. They are easy to start and great for busy moms. I have 2 about to have 3 little boys running around so I fit it in when convenient

Try turbo jam from.beachbody,.you can probably find a cheap used DVD on.ebay. I lost my baby weight doing that workout 3-4 days a week.
