I eat 2600calories per day and my body fat is 14%. There’s no need to starve yourself, you make yourself ill. Just eat healthy and exercise and you will lose fat. I recommend HIIT 20min on alternate days and lift heavy.

I ate 3000 at my smallest it’s hard to keep energy up to cut weight if you focus on diet first. Get up to doing the work you aim to do then diet if you have to you probably won’t thogh

Fitbit kind of gives you a general idea of what your burning throughout the day. I burn about 2200 calories with my walking… And 1900 without it. I keep my calories in around 1700. My PT taught me that. She also tolf.me fitbit blaze is awesome. So I got one and its more accurate than my old.charge hr

It won’t be forever I’m a bridesmaid in a few months and want to lose as much as I can before then lol after that I’ll bring it up but so far I haven’t felt hungry or fatigued or I would go higher

Waaay too low! If you cut calories you will not lose weight. Cutting your caloric intake that low will put your body into starvation mode keeping fat ON. You need sustainable energy
