|Ok, here goes my introduction-The picture on the left was taken December 2015. I weighed 434 lbs. Fast forward to August 1st 2016. I started my vegan journey ( for ethical reasons). By November, I had lost 50 lbs, which allowed me to have weight loss surgery (second picture- me at the hospital after my surgery). Everything was going great for the first two weeks until I had a severe complication which was literally moments from taking my life. Today, my entire family is Vegan, I have lost 170 lbs and I am a lot more active. I have taken up running ( sort of- it is a love/ hate relationship) I am a lot more active now and I no longer sweat the small stuff. I am more focused on life. The last two pictures are the most recent pictures of me. As you can see I am a bit of a clown.
I had tried working with Jordan at the beginning of this year, however due to medical and dietary restrictions we were not able to do so. My doctor has finally given me the all clear to start working out, so I am excited to start this program. After dropping so much weight I have a lot of loose skin, so I need to build some muscle and tone up
