Ok I don’t normally do this but I weigh 255lbs and want to lose 100lbs any diet suggestions

I’m doing weight watchers and have lost 70 lbs since Feb 2016 , it is a little slower process but it works
I wouldn’t do “diet”. Eat healthy food. Count calories. Stay active. And be patient. It doesn’t happen overnight.
Start out with giving up one thing then move onto another. It’s all about a healthy lifestyle. Eat more fruits and veggies count your calories limit your carbs drink a lot of water and exercis
I use the it works products. But if you try eating more protein than carbs that will definitely help some. Drink plenty water to help also.
